CUSTOMIZATION
Many items are fully customizable, please call for a quotation on special sizing, materials, finishes or configurations.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary with piece and finish. Most pieces ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Some items require a slightly longer lead-time. For custom and special orders there is a lead-time of 4 to 6 weeks. Please call to inquire about specific items.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping charges vary with piece and destination. Many of the designs are made to ship easily by ground service. The cost of shipping by ground is from 10-15% of the total order. However, please call for an accurate quote.
SWATCHES AND SAMPLES
Samples of material and finishes are available for most items. Please call to arrange for sample delivery.
RETURNS
Furniture orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable after 10 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly take it back (within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging) for an exchange or refund of the cost of the goods. Sorry but we cannot accept returns on custom pieces.
